I bring over 15 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, working across offshore and onshore construction projects. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing and supervising complex rigging and lifting operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. My professional experience includes heavy lifting and rigging operations, piling works, heavy steel structure erection, piping and pipeline installation, and static and rotating equipment installation and alignment. I have strong expertise in the preparation, review, and execution of lifting plans, including critical and non-routine lifts, as well as the transportation, mobilization, and load-out of heavy equipment. As a Lifting Superintendent, I have led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated with engineering, construction, and marine departments, and ensured full compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE regulations. I am well-versed in risk assessment, method statements, crane selection, lifting gear inspection, and toolbox talks to ensure safe execution of all lifting activities.
