My duties include kitchen management, cooking, meal service, food safety, and adherence to HACCP standards. I can order goods, minimize waste, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. I also have sufficient experience using tools such as knives, gas stoves, and ovens.I have experience in cutting meat, chicken, and fish. Making sauces, adding spices, sprinkling salt, and adding the perfect flavor to meals; chopping vegetables; and I know several types of salads; cooking pasta, pastries, baked goods, and desserts in the best way.
