Efficiently support my bosses in budgetting and ordering capital & expenses items for projects. Actively participate in safety observation process on daily basis by putting quality observation cards. Perform monthly cycle counts to maintain the accuracy of the inventory in the warehouse. Also actively attend supervisors morning meetings to plan the day. Deal with the shipments and backloads to be sent to town for storage or repair,etc. And maintain proper record of daily issues from warehouse and update the inventory software accordingly on timely manner. Help departments to order spares and also generate obsolete spares list periodically for department review and advise.
