I am responsible for the systematic storage of all received goods in their designated, registered locations. My expertise includes managing specialized inventory such as filters, Ground Engaging Tools (GET), large tyres, undercarriage components, and hazardous materials (B3). To ensure real-time inventory accuracy, I consistently update bin cards and process transactions using SAP/ERP systems, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and plant-to-plant stock transfers. Furthermore, I conduct periodic and annual stock takes (stock opname) to reconcile physical inventory with system records. I am also actively involved in material movements, consignment parts management, and oil transfers. Safety and organization are my top priorities; therefore, I strictly implement the 5S (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) culture and adhere to the HSE Management System. My role often requires high flexibility, as I provide administrative support across various SCM sections to cover for team members on roster leave, ensuring that jobsite operations remain seamless and efficient.
