Production & Operations Shift Supervisor I lead and supervise a team of process plant operators, DCS control room operators, and with the support of shift engineers, for the safe operation and maintenance of the Central Processing Facility (CPF). Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the facility, assuring all site safety and environmental requirements, procedures, and corrective actions are properly implemented and carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Report the daily operation activities and metering to operations section head manager. Overseen and provide direct supervision and feedback on all operations, including startup, shutdown, inspection, all switching and tagging, and equipment troubleshooting. Respond to and resolve process upsets and equipment failures, and troubleshoot operational issues and draft requests to maintenance departments to deal with unresolved problems.

Good knowledge in oil and gas international codes and standards; API, ASME, ASTM, NFPA, IEC, ISA, NACE, PIP, UL...etc. Good knowledge in oil and gas international companies’ SOPs.
