● Attend to crew requirement of spare parts, materials and consumables, ensuring they are identified and expedited. ● Assist in the planning and coordination of effective control of material and consumables required for the field facility. ● Consult with Maintenance and Operations team to determine maintenance priorities and operational constraints. ● Provide accurate and timely information to support decision making at management levels. ● Interface with project management team to ensure current status of project materials is updated into project plan. ● Perform all material functions offshore in a safe, environmentally sound manner in order to ensure that equipment and spare parts comply with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements. ● Monitor, review and manage QM, NCR’s and Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt reconciliation. ● Order and maintain consumables together with other relevant equipment and spare parts. ● Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency, minimise costs through effective utilisation of labour, equipment, facilities and materials. ● Inspect receiving materials (Compliance certificates, safety certificates, test certificates, reports, witness reports etc.,) according to requirement from requisitions. ● Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained for all materials. ● Follow-up requisitions and purchase orders with high level proficiency in costing, cost control and budgeting. ● Undertake tracking of rented equipment and tools to determine and assess the location and availability. ● Manage and organise the filing of all required documents, reports, overseeing compliance to company policies. ● Manage and coordinate dangerous goods treatment, storage and transportation in compliance with International Marine Dangerous Goods (IMDG) regulations and government requirements at all operation locations. ● Maintain and update spare parts data by working closely with Material Catalogue team. ● Review and recommend effective inventory level. ● Work closely with on board departments, third party contractors, shore base team to prepare and implement the loading / backloading plan ● In consultant with supply base, marine department for maneuvering plan of supply boats to / from offshore location.
