• Supervise daily site operations to ensure all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. • Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of tasks. • Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, company HSE policies, and local authority requirements at all times. • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a strong safety culture on site. • Monitor work progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly site activities to the Project Manager or Engineer. • Ensure proper usage, handling, and storage of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent damage, loss, or wastage. • Identify site issues, technical problems, or delays and propose practical solutions to minimize impact on project timelines. • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications before approval. • Coordinate site inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities when required. • Maintain accurate site records, including manpower attendance, work progress, material deliveries, and inspection checklists. • Assist in planning work sequences and manpower allocation to optimize efficiency on site. • Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained to create a safe and organized work environment. • Enforce discipline among site workers and ensure compliance with site rules and regulations. • Support project team in achieving project milestones within budget, quality, and time constraints. • Act as the main point of contact between site workers and management to ensure smooth communication and execution.
