 Conduct toolbox talk before start our daily task activities in a safe manner.  Responsible for the day-to-day running of material warehouse including receiving, logging, checking, stacking, staging, issuing materials to site.  Responsible for receiving all incoming shipments materials, sea freight, airfreight, local purchase, based on delivery notes and packing lists and by checking vessel names.  Responsible for (RFI) Request For Inspection of all materials received together with (QC) Quality Control and (TPI) Third Party Inspector.  Perform verification process of the received materials for quality/quantity aspects with their supporting documents and prepares the “Material Receiving Report” (MRR) for submission to the manager.  Ensure the environmental condition such as temperature, relative humidity and etc., for the storage items is always maintained.  Request (MTC) material test certificate and (IRC) inspection release certificate to each individual vendors due to inspection requirements.  Supervised actual warehouse and laydown storage area preservation activities based on specific checkpoints on each preservation log sheet implement corrective actions such as required and supervise the operation of preservation maintenance register.  In-Charge of all materials in & outgoing for site construction.
