I am working as a Material Coordinator for Saudi Aramco offshore jackup rig Ades ADM-261 for the last 3 years. My roles and responsibilities include looking after all Aramco materials from chemicals to run in hole, well head, tubing, X-over, pup joints, flanges, casing etc. From placing the order to following up the same until it reaches the rig. Once it reached the rig, I have a look if something is missing and once confirmed update the same in software (SAP). Maintaining inventory on daily/ weekly and monthly basis. Follow up with vendors and marine team for timely supply of requested materials and make sure they ae on the rig before time. Assisting drilling crew to spot materials in the store and issuing the same when needed. Ordering PPE for all crew and maitaining the stock. The above mentioned is pretty much all the roles and responsibilities I have to do as a Material Coordinator at Saudi Aramco.

I don't know about others of they are honest when they say they are fast learners but I am.
